Estate help for executors · Seattle, King & Snohomish County

You've been named executor. We take the work off your plate.

Settling an estate is 12 to 18 months of tasks, deadlines, and people to hire — most of it for the first time. We build the plan, line up the right professionals, and keep everything moving, so you always know what's next and can be there for your family.

Where you are

You don't have to bear the weight alone.

Right now you're facing court deadlines, a creditor-notice clock, an empty house full of a lifetime of things, bills that don't stop, and taxes — most of it new to you, and all of it while you're grieving. We carry the parts we can, and make sure nothing slips.

What we do

Everything we can take off it.

A plan, and every deadline tracked

We map every task and milestone ahead and keep it in one simple view, with regular check-ins — so nothing slips and nothing catches you off guard.

The house, end to end

Cleanout, estate sale, repairs, staging, and the sale itself — coordinated, with family keepsakes carefully set aside first.

The right people — your choice

For each thing the estate needs, we bring a few vetted professionals, review them with you, and you choose. We coordinate the rest.

One person, start to finish

You work with Steinar directly — not a call center, not a rotating team. He knows your situation and your timeline.

What we don't do: we're not attorneys or accountants. The legal and tax filings stay with your attorney and CPA — and we're glad to recommend good ones. Everything else, we help carry.

How we help

Guidance, not pressure.

Steinar, your estate coordinator

We guide — you decide

We're here to inform your decisions, not make them. You stay in control of every call; we make sure you always know your options and what's fair.

We work for you

Not the buyer, not the agent — you. Our job is to protect the estate's interest and your peace of mind, and to tell you the honest tradeoffs.

You focus on family

While we carry the process, you get to be present for the people who need you.

Out of state

Handling it from a distance.

Many of the executors we help live out of state. We're your eyes and hands on the ground — walking the property, coordinating the work, and keeping things moving — so you don't have to fly back and forth to manage it.

Questions

Honest answers.

Are you attorneys?

No — we're not a law firm and we don't give legal advice. We handle the property and the logistics. Your estate attorney handles the legal side, and we're glad to recommend a good one.

Do you make the decisions for me?

No — we inform them. For every step, we bring you a handful of vetted options, review them with you in person or over Zoom, and share our honest take on the tradeoffs. You choose every time. Our job is to help you make the best decisions, not make them for you.

When's the right time to call?

Whenever you feel stuck. Some people reach out in the first week, others a month or two in. There's no wrong time, and no pressure.
